One on One personalised Body and spirit retreat.  This retreat includes something for the whole being inside and out, beauty, spiritual, healing, light fitness, connection with like-minded, beauty treatments, relaxation, fun and scenic experiences.

Include –

• Consultation to establish your desires and what you are would like to achieve with your trip.
• One on one holistic coaching session to personalise changes you want to make in your life, includes problem-solving discussion and tools, brain retraining audio.
• Energy clearing meditation if needed to resolve any etheric issues that may be holding you back and that may be beyond your control currently. If needed aditional appointment for Reiki healer or the like.
•  Beauty Consultation Aesthetic beauty procedures whilst your on holiday. Advice and booking into aesthetic beauty enhancement clinic to meet my Doctor and discuss any desires. This for light enhancement only. No major surgery. Treatments that can be completed and are much cheaper overseas are skin firming, laser, fillers and all dental procedures including teeth whitening. In person or phone pre-trip discussion required.
• Transport and Consultation booking with the Dr at the beauty clinic.

• Daily exercise classes customised to you – a mix between stretch, breath, toning, fitness, Yoga and Meditation classes are offered daily if you desire. Spiritual aspect of class help connect with your higher self/source energy and raise your vibration so you are better able to manifest successfully.
• Scenic temple waterfall tour to experience the stunning beauty of Bali. Includes You in nature photography shoot.
• Yoga Shala day pampering experience – full day at the shala you can enjoy a variety of yoga classes, day spa treatments, stunning picturesque healing swimming lagoon and healthy lunch.
• Afternoon sunset experience at an exclusive beach club.
